Membership of the Committee lasts one year from the AGM at which the member is appointed (or from the date of a member being co-opted onto the Committee until the next AGM). However, members usually serve for two, three or four years.
As the PTA is a Registered Charity, Committee members automatically become Trustees of the charity.
